Sometimes, we walk together
Every so often we organise a walk. It is for the people who come to us, their families and friends, and anyone else who wants to join for their health and for the fun of it.
The people in this picture are an illustration.

How our walks work
Each walk is planned on its own. When we plan one, we share the date, where we meet, the route and how far we will go, so you can decide whether it suits you. Some walks may be longer than others.
If you have pain, a heart or lung condition, or you are recovering from an injury, message us first and we will tell you honestly whether the walk is right for you.
Why we walk

For your health
Walking is gentle on the joints and good for the heart, the lungs and the mood.

For the company
People walk with friends, with family and with people they have only just met. The time passes quickly.

For anyone
You do not need to be a client or a fast walker. Go at a pace where you can still talk.
Before you join
Walking is one of the simplest ways to look after your heart, your joints and your mood, and it is easier when you are not alone. It also gives our team a chance to meet you outside the clinic.
